Dr Robin Hall
Founder & General Practitioner
Dr Robin Hall has been a doctor for more than 20 years and moved from the UK to Australia in 2010. He has a special interest in chronic and complex disease, diabetes and minor procedures.
Teaching and supervising doctors has been an important part of his career, with a strong focus on patient-centred, high-quality general practice.
After founding Stafford Street Medical Home in 2021, Dr Hall established MADE Medical Home as his second practice in Marrickville, the community he has called home for more than a decade.
Outside medicine, Dr Hall enjoys swimming, keeping fit, spending time with friends, good food and a nice glass of red wine.
For Dr Hall, great medicine is clinical excellence with a human heart.
Dr Theodora Terzis
Clinical Lead & GENERAL PRACTITIONER
Dr Theodora Terzis graduated from medicine in 2013 and worked across various specialties at Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) Hospital before entering General Practice.
Her special interests include women’s health, paediatrics, older persons’ health, mental health and weight management. She is also an accredited Antenatal Shared Care GP, affiliated with RPA, Canterbury and St George/Sutherland Hospitals.
Inspired by her Greek heritage and Hippocratic philosophy, Dr Dora believes in caring for the whole person — mind and body, building meaningful relationships with patients of all ages.
Outside medicine, she enjoys family time and sharing her Greek heritage with the next generation.
For Dr Dora, great medicine means looking beyond symptoms, understanding the person and caring for the whole of life.

Jonathan Lau
Practice Manager
Jonathan Lau is the Practice Manager at MADE Medical Home, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice and helping bring MADE’s vision for thoughtful, patient-centred care to life.
Before joining MADE, Jonathan spent the past five years working in the Marrickville community within social services, giving him a strong understanding of the local area and the people who call it home.
He works closely with the doctors, nurses and administration team to create clear systems, a supportive workplace and a welcoming experience for every patient.
Jonathan has also been closely involved in building MADE from the ground up — from the fitout and technology to recruitment, community connections and the systems that support good care.
Outside work, Jonathan enjoys cooking with local produce and making art, giving him a creative outlet and another way to stay connected with the community around him.
Sophia Katerinis
Practice Nurse
Sophia Katerinis is our Registered Nurse at Made. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2024 and has since worked in primary healthcare across the Northern Beaches and suburbs around the inner west.
She has a strong devotion to her community and is strongly connected to the community through her Greek heritage. She aims to adopt the traditional “Philotimo” approach to her practice; ensuring compassion, dignity and empathy in every patient interaction.
Sophia’s areas of interests include: population health, women’s health, child and family health, chronic condition management and sexual health. Sophia is an Authorised Nurse Immuniser.
Outside of work she enjoys trying new restaurants, catching up with friends, live music, and a good coffee.
Zara Stephenson
Reception
Zara Stephenson is the Receptionist at MADE Medical. She is an aspiring nurse, studying with James Cook University to complete her registration while gaining experience in the medical field through administrative duties.
Zara is dedicated to learning through practical exposure and enjoys working alongside the medical team. Meeting patients, connecting to their doctors and resolving their health, allows insight on the practice systems and further ensures understanding on the patients’ behalf.
As a recent member to MADE Medical, she hopes to uphold the values of thoughtfulness and patient centred care.
Outside of work, Zara enjoys nature, reading books and watching movies.
